Capricorn Highway fatal crash

POLICE are currently at the scene of a two vehicle traffic crash between Gracemere and Rockhampton in which one person has died.

Around 8am, two cars collided on the Capricorn Hwy.

Another person is trapped in a vehicle with serious but believed non-life threatening injuries.

Traffic diversions are in place and delays are expected.

There is no further information at this time.
