Boy, 2, drowns in dam

A TWO-YEAR-OLD boy has drowned in a dam in Queensland.

An ambulance was called to a rural property at Eidsvold, west of Bundaberg, about 1.30pm (AEST) on Monday.

People on the private property are understood to have performed CPR on the boy.

But paramedics arrived to find the boy dead, believed drowned.
