This is an exciting opportunity for Depot Manager to oversee the Emerald operations, ensuring safe and efficient depot operations and conduct sales activities to optimise trucks and build runs to ensure maximum utilisation of operational assets.In this role you will be pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with our customers across the region. Your activities in the role will include sales prospecting to increase the customer account base and consequently volume. You will handle Customer enquiries and price quotes. Take Customer orders and negotiate delivery times to best suit maximum utilisation of Operational assets. You will be responsible for the safe handling and storage of materials in and out of the operations and carry out end of month stock take for Fuels and Lubricants and complete site balancing reports. You will also audit service suppliers’ invoices and forward to Accounts Payable for payment or negotiate with the Supplier if there issues and be responsible for the general upkeep of the depot.

This role offers an opportunity to learn a new industry, we will provide you with training around Fuels and Depot Management. This is a part time role with a high degree of flexibility of hours, perfect to coincide with school hours for instance.
