Lock it or lose it

THE Lock It or Lose It campaign is still in action, and on Sunday two unlocked vehicles were entered and property was taken from inside.

The vehicles were parked at a residence on Gum St when an unknown offender entered the cars and took money.

Police would like to remind all residents that opportunistic thieves will take advantage of unlocked cars.

Blackwater police have been issuing $45 fines to people who have been leaving vehicles unlocked.
