Accused hit-and-run cyclist killer faces court

A TRUCK driver accused of the hit-and-run killing of a cyclist has had his matters mentioned in court.

Geoffrey Joseph Sleba, 43, was arrested in July last year in relation to an incident which claimed the life of cyclist Dr Martin Pearson on Millmerran-Inglewood Rd on April 25.

Sleba's matters were mentioned in Warwick Magistrates Court yesterday.

The case was adjourned until March 2.
