Man airlifted after car flips

A MAN has received head injuries in a vehicle crash south of Whiporie.

The driver, believed to be aged in his twenties, rolled his vehicle on the Summerland Way, 800m south of Whiporie yesterday afternoon.

After being assessed by paramedics on-ground, he was airlifted to the Gold Coast University Hospital with head injuries.

His condition is not known at this time.
