Three people subject to amber alert now found

UPDATE 11.32am: A teenager who was the subject of an amber alert this morning has now been found. 

QPS Media said the boy was safe and well and was found in Vincent. 

A toddler and woman who were also missing were found earlier in the morning. 

UPDATE 10.31am: The 22-month-old boy and Knomi Cummins have been found, according to QPS Media.

Police are still trying to find the 16-year-old boy.

EARLIER: A 22-month-old boy and a 16-year-old boy have both been reported missing and may be at significant risk.

Police say the pair went missing from Katangi Street in Rasmussen, Townsville, 11 hours ago.

The two are believed to be with 36-year-old woman Knomi Joella Cummins, who was earlier reported missing. 

They may be travelling in her silver 2002 Holden Commodore sedan with licence plate 687-WMU.

The woman is described as Aboriginal in appearance, 170cm tall with black hair and brown eyes.
