Blue Care car involved in two-car smash

Emergency Services rushed to the corner of Sims Rd and Elliott Heads Rd, Kepnock, after a reports of a two-car collision at 9am.

On arrival they found a Nissan Maxima had collided with Toyota Corolla owned by Blue Care.

It appears the driver of the Corolla had pulled out of Sims Rd into the path of the Maxima travelling along Elliott Heads Rd.

The driver of the Maxima  applied the brakes but was unable to avoid the collision slamming into the side of the Corolla.

Ambulance officers treated the drivers at the scene for minor injuries.
