WHILE the Maroons have enjoyed a hugely disrupted preparation with some key players carrying injuries, the Blues have enjoyed almost the complete opposite at their idyllic Coffs Harbour base.

Leading into Wednesday night's Origin II in Sydney, which if the Blues win, will snap eight years of Queensland domination, their players carrying slight injuries looked fine at training over the weekend.

Fullback Jarryd Hayne (leg cork), and interchange back-rowers Luke Lewis (knee) and Anthony Watmough (bicep) did everything asked of them.

With the Blues' preparations almost finalised, Watmough was confident his team could win its first Origin series since 2005.

"If we stick to Loz's (coach Laurie Daley) plan and stick to what we know and to our structures, we'll go a long way to winning the game," he said.

"We're not getting complacent because we know all the stuff said, there's probably a bit of truth to it, but I think it's getting blown out of the water."
