Boy, 12, critical after falling from roof at Ipswich school

A 12-year-old boy is in hospital with critical injuries after falling off the roof of an Ipswich school building on Thursday night.

It is understood the boy fell from the roof of a building next to the Goodna State School swimming pool.

Emergency services were called to the scene about 10.40pm.

The boy was taken in a critical condition to the Mater Hospital.
