Three people injured in three motorcycle crashes

UPDATE: 4:10pm A man is being treated by paramedics at a property in Curra after he fell from his motorcycle this afternoon. 

Queensland Ambulance media have confirmed the man has dislocated his shoulder, but is otherwise in a stable condition. 

 

UPDATE 3:38pm Paramedics are currently tending to what appears to be a third motorcycle crash at Curra.

Ambulance crews are on their way to Curra Estate Rd after a passenger reportedly fell from their bike.

 

EARLIER: 

EMERGENCY crews have been called to two motorcycle crashes in the region today within two hours.

Paramedics were called at 10:53am this morning after a woman aged in her 20s was involved in a motorbike crash at Kilkivan near the Wide Bay Hwy.

The woman was treated for knee and wrist injuries and taken to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition.

Emergency crews were again called at about 12.30pm to a Glastonbury crash near the intersection of Diggings Rd and Greendale Rd, where another motorbike had crashed into a ditch.

A man in his 40s was treated at the scene for leg and shoulder injuries and was also taken to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition.
