
Campbell Newman's popularity rises, but LNP down: poll
THE LNP's popularity has dropped among voters - but the Premier's is up. That's the findings of a Galaxy Poll published by News Limited this morning.
The LNP's vote drop two percentage points since the last poll - putting the government on an even 50-50 footing with Labor.
Labor led the LNP primary vote with 38%, just in front of the government with 37%. The Palmer United Party suffered the biggest drop with a 5% decrease in their primary vote.
The poll questioned 800 people earlier this month.
Premier Campbell Newman jumped from 36% to 41% since the last poll - while his dissatisfaction dropped four percentage points.
