SUBURBAN serenity was smashed in Buderim this afternoon when a car crashed through a fence and into a house.
Luckily, no one was home when the Toyota Corolla failed to negotiate a turn from Nandewar Dr into Durrack Pl about 3.30pm.
Paramedics treated the woman driver of the car but she was not injured.
Her vehicle had crashed into a sliding door of a main bedroom, shattering glass and bending a frame.
Firefighters determined the impact had not done any structural damage to the home.
Neighbours gathered in the street to see a tow truck crew retrieve the damaged car.
Police are investigating.
