Carrie Bickmore caught out before the cameras rolled

CARRIE Bickmore pulled up like a pro on Monday night's live broadcast of The Project after partying hard the previous night along with Australia's A-list following the Logie Awards.

The bubbly host looked like her usual, glamorous self to viewers at home. Her hair and makeup was flawless and she looked stunning in a high-necked, maroon lace top.

See for yourself:

What we saw.

But down below, it was a different story.

Like asleep...properly asleep...may have even drooled...#20minstoair 😳😭

"Like asleep ... properly asleep ... may have even drooled ...#20minstoair," she captioned the snap.

While the top half of her body was preened to perfection, under the desk - hidden from viewers - Bickmore rocked a pair of leggings and a pair of scuffed, white Converse sneakers, which she also wore at the Logies afterparty.

Bickmore's co-host Peter Helliar also posted a sneaky photo of the presenter catching up on her sleep at the desk before the show.

It's not the first time Bickmore has revealed her penchant for sporting leggings underneath the desk. Last year, the host swung her leg up on the desk to flash her yoga pants.

"I have my active wear on right now," she proudly confessed to viewers.

"Glamour upstairs, casual downstairs," she joked.
