TONIGHT the Irwin family introduces talk show queen Oprah Winfrey to Australian wildlife as the second of four episodes of Oprah's Ultimate Australian Adventure hits our screens.

Oprah's interview with Terri, Bindi and Robert was shot at the 'Oprah House' in December last year in front of 6000 fans.

Terri, who became an Australian citizen in 2009, said she was excited to share in Oprah's Australian experience.

"I'm really proud that Oprah decided to visit the best country on planet Earth and introduce the world to Australia," she said.

The Irwins have a long-standing relationship with Oprah. Steve Irwin first appeared on the show with wildlife in 2002 and then named a koala after the talk show host. When Oprah the koala gave birth to a joey in early 2010 the baby was named Harpo, after Oprah's production company.

Bindi was honoured to be a part of Oprah's show.

"Oprah is a wonderful person and anytime she'd like to come to Australia Zoo to hug Oprah and Harpo, our koalas, she's always welcome," Bindi said.

As for Robert, he was just happy to introduce Oprah to some wildlife.

"I loved the Oprah Show because I got to hold a snake and I love snakes so much. It's good to get the message across to help wildlife," he said.

You can catch the Irwins' interview with Oprah when Oprah's Ultimate Australian Adventure airs on Channel 10 at 7.30pm tonight.
