Scenic Highway at Statue Bay reopened by Livingstone council

1.20pm: The Scenic Highway at Statue Bay has been reopened to traffic.

8am: A NUMBER of roads in the Central and Central West Queensland region are closed and some are open with caution.

According to 131940.qld.gov.au this morning:

Apias Creek Rd, Duaringa, flooded

Liechhardt Hwy, Wowan, water over the road (open with caution)

Fitzroy Development Rd, Bauhinia, slippery conditions (open with caution)

Rolleston-Springsure Rd at Panorama Creek is closed due to flooding.

Dawson Development Rd at Springsure is closed to all vehicles due to water over the road.

Dawson Development Rd at Tambo is closed to all vehicles due to boggy conditions

Tambo Rd, Alpha, closed to all vehicles due to boggy conditions

Capricorn Highway, The Gemfields,  between The Willows and Belyando River. Closed to all vehicles due to flooding

Clermont Rd, Alpha. Closed to all vehicles due to water over the road.

Huntley Rd, Clermont. Closed to all vehicles due to water over the road.

Golden Mile Rd, Dysart. Closed to all vehicles due to water over the road.

Isaac River Rd, May Downs. Closed to all vehicles due to water over the road.

Dingo Mount Flora Rd, May Downs. Closed to all vehicles due to water over the road.

Lotus Creek Rd, Lotus Creek. Closed to all vehicles due to water over the road.

Valkyrie Rd, Valkyrie. Closed to all vehicles due to water over the road.
