Cop reality show films on the Coast
ANYONE who comes to the attention of police in the Maroochydore area in the coming days might also find themselves in the national media spotlight.
A film crew from television show The Force- Behind the Line is shadowing Maroochydore police officers until the end of this week.
Now in its 10th year, the show originally started in Western Australia and has since been filmed in most states, including Queensland.

It aims to show the public what policing involves by trailing officers throughout the jobs they do in a shift.
Previous episodes have shown footage from incidents including siege situations, major drug busts, murder investigations and intricate detective cases.
Crew members were with police at a break-in at Maroochydore Cash Converters yesterday but they kept their cameras holstered.
They are scheduled to work with officers until Friday.
The footage is expected to go to air on Channel 7 in the second half of this year.
This footage below shows a scene from Western Australia, giving an idea of what Sunshine Coast viewers can expect.
