Dragons relieved by Dugan prognosis

SCANS have revealed Josh Dugan's injured hamstring is not as bad as first thought and the Dragons fullback should only miss only two matches.

Dugan twinged the hamstring while chasing a grubber kick during the second half of St George Illawarra's 28-6 win over Wests Tigers on Sunday.

Dugan will be aiming to return to the field on Anzac Day against the Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium.

"Scans came back better then expected, hoping to only miss a couple of weeks," he tweeted.

Kurt Mann, who was impressive in place of the injured Euan Aitken at centre against the Tigers, is now a potential replacement for Dugan against the Sea Eagles this Saturday.
