A PLAYBOY model, an Olympian and a rapper are all about to walk into the forest at Dungay.

It sounds like the beginning of a bad joke, but it is all part of the announced line-up for this year's season of British TV show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, which begins filming on the Tweed next week.

Model Kayla Collins, Olympic gold medallist Linford Christie and rapper Aggro Santos were yesterday announced as part of this year's cast.

Joining them will be Chariots of Fire actor Nigel Havers, former Bond girl Britt Ekland, Scottish nutritionist and television presenter Gillian McKeith, UK X-Factor finalist Stacey Solomon, author Sheryl Gascoigne, Happy Mondays and Black Grape lead singer Shaun Ryder and British Liberal Democrat politician Lembit Opik.

The show films in the “Australian jungle” of Dungay. The popular UK show forces contestants to ditch their lifestyles of the rich and the famous for time in the bush, with competitions such as the bush tucker trials, which can include munching on crocodile eyeballs.
