Fans and faves put the tools down ahead of Block auctions

THE bookies' favourites just got another leg up on the competition on The Block tonight.

The "Super Ks" Kyal and Kara and faves Brad and Dale, who were already SportsBet's top two teams tipped to win the show yesterday, have won the renovation show's final challenge and a whopping $10,000 extra off their auction reserve prices.

The two teams will have $27,250 taken off each of their reserves, compared to the $16,000 that will come off Alisa and Lysandra and Chantelle and Steve's reserves.

The twins have had plenty to say about the judges' scoring this year.

There was a lot of reminiscing, with Chantelle tearing up as she talked about the ups and downs she and Steve faced as a couple during their time on the show.

Tomorrow it all comes to a head with the four luxury Albert Park apartments going under the hammer.

The reserve prices will be revealed to the four teams before the auctions get underway.

All of the teams take home any money their apartment is sold for over the reserve price.

The team that earns the most over their reserve will also take home the $100,000 grand prize.

Final challenge scores

House 1 - 64 point, $16,000 off each reserve

House 2 - 69 points, $27,250 off each reserve
