First video of Cyclone Yasi at Ayr

WARWICK Daily News chief of staff Casandra Garvey is in Ayr and took our first footage of Cyclone Yasi from a relative's house about 4.45pm.

"The wind and the rain has picked up heaps in the past half an hour," she said.

"The power's gone out here. It looks like we're in for a long night."
