Six cars involved in Sunshine Motorway crash

UPDATE:
QAS have now confirmed that six vehicles were involved in an earlier crash on the Sunshine Motorway.
Luckily, all motorists have escaped injury and none have required treatment from paramedics.
EARLIER:
EMERGENCY services are on scene of a four vehicle crash at the Maroochy River Bridge on the Sunshine Motorway at Bli Bli.
Paramedics were called to the crash in the southbound lanes of the motorway at 5.57am.
A QAS media spokeswoman said at this stage there were no details of any injuries.
