THE CQ Capras have scored their second big upset of the season, defeating competition front runners the Burleigh Bears 38-32 away from home.

In round three they triumphed over premiers Ipswich at Browne Park but this scalp, on the Gold Coast's Pizzey Park, carries more load. 

It was an inspired first half that set the game up for the visitors who hadn't been up at half-time since round one.

When centre Brandon Manase scored to make it a 10 point ball game with 11 minutes remaining, the upset win looked secured. Burleigh hit back however but the Capras held on for eight pulsating minutes to record a famous win.
