Girl, 2, suffers head injuries in fall on remote property

A TODDLER had to be airlifted from a remote western Darling Downs property after sustaining head injuries in a fall today.

The two-year-old girl fell from the sill of a window on a property south of Meandarra.

She was airlifted by Toowoomba's RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition for further scans and treatment.

He mother accompanied her on the trip.
