Give the gift of Christmas to families

IT IS with great pride the CQ News team is supporting the Linking Alms Christmas Appeal.

It has been a tough 12 months for families across the region.

Donations of non-perishable food items can be dropped into the CQ News office at 62 Egerton St, Emerald, or Emerald Neighbourhood Centre at 17 Yamala St, Emerald.

Every small donation really helps at this time of year.

We would also encourage local residents to think about shopping local this year.

Shopping locally really helps to keep our businesses going through the tough times so they can continue to support community groups and charities into 2016.

CQ News is very proud to bring business, community and charity together for Christmas 2015.

Please support these Gift of Giving stores and shop locally this Christmas:

  • APH Glass & Aluminium
  • Total Beauty
  • Central Western Communications
  • Luv 2 Give
  • Central Highlands Laser & Dermal
  • Siteworks
  • HEME
  • Emerald Gold Club
  • Muarray & Associates
  • CQ Saddlery
  • Sports Power Emerald
