Hockeyroos face Argentina test
THE so-called 'Group of Death' is living up to its name - the Hockeyroos could end up falling victim as well.
It's now a case of do or die for Australia because the girls must now beat world No.2 Argentina in their final Pool B match tomorrow morning (6.15am AEST) to keep alive any hopes of playing in the semi-finals.
With only the top two teams from each pool going through, Argentina's 3-1 win over Germany, and New Zealand's late winner in the 3-2 triumph over the United States certainly didn't do the Hockeyroos any favours.
Argentina, New Zealand and Australia all have three wins each - and the Hockeyroos are currently lowest of the trio on goal difference.
