A CONCRETER has been accused of downloading child exploitation material so horrific, some of it is considered too disturbing to publish.

Christopher Andrew Searle allegedly made admissions about his offending when they found a stockpile of images on a USB and external hard drive. Some featured dead toddlers and infants being raped.

Children featured in the images he is accused of accessing were aged between seven and 10. The youngest was only 18 months old, news.com.au reports.

Police prosecutor Peri Cardiff described some of the disturbing images to the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.

"The images include images of deceased children -- toddlers and infants -- as well as instructions on how to rape those persons," he told the court.

Further detail of the material is too shocking to publish.

Searle was allowed to walk free from the court on conditional bail, instructed to stay off the internet and avoid children under the age of 14.

He is due to face court again on September 25.
