Sunflower Queen entrant Chloe Gagnepain is teaming up with Smash That Cake decorator Kylie Quinlan to host a cake decorating on Wednesday, March 16, at Highland Homewares to raise money for the Emerald Neighbourhood Centre.

Chloe said the idea behind the fundraiser was to hold an event that would be different yet practical for mums and families.

"I want it to be interactive," Chloe said of the workshop.

"It's just something a bit different and fun."

There are three sessions throughout the day, 10-11am, 1-2pm and 4-5pm, which Chloe said was organised to suit as many mums and their busy schedules as possible.

Tickets are $30 which includes a Highland Homewares made coffee upon arrival, a cupcake to practice techniques on during the workshop and a tips and tricks pack.

Throughout the workshop Kylie will demonstrate how to use different piping bags, how to make a delicious crusting butter cream and teach a few decorating techniques.

Each workshop will be capped at 10 participants as Chloe explained she wanted to make it an intimate setting where participants can get up close and ask questions.

Chloe is selling tickets at Centro Emerald Market tomorrow from 9am until 1pm or tickets are available for purchase at Highland Homewares or IMPS at Hair Emporium.
