John Farnham to headline 2017 Red Hot Summer Tour

'THE Voice' John Farnham will headline one half of the 2017 Red Hot Summer Tour.

Farnham is joined on the bill by James Reyne, Daryl Braithwaite, Shannon Noll and Taxiride, including a show at the Sandstone Point Hotel on Bribie Island on February 25.

The annual tour, which travels to regional centres across Australia, also has another seven-date leg headlined by Icehouse.

"This year the tour features two amazing line-ups shared across 14 different shows," said promoter Duane McDonald.

"We are proud of the evolution of the Red Hot Summer Tour to feature some of the biggest names in the business, and to have the opportunity to take them to regional areas of Australia. The 2017 shows will rock the socks off of music fans."

Farnham most recently released Two Strong Hearts Live with Olivia Newton-John last year. His most recent studio album, Jack, went gold when it was released in 2010.

Reyne is currently on the road with Mark Seymour on their successful And The Rest Is History national tour.  Daryl Braithwaite is also touring at the moment and will play the Caloundra Music Festival next month.

Tickets for the 2017 Red Hot Summer Tour go on sale on Monday at 9am via TicketMaster.
