Just one extra gift will make someone's day

WITH Christmas shopping well under way, spare a thought for those a little less fortunate this year by purchasing a gift as part of Operation Santa.

Target Country and UnitingCare have teamed up once again for the annual UnitingCare Christmas Appeal.

Shoppers have two options when visiting the store: they can either purchase a gift to place under the tree, or purchase a gift card from the tree at the price of their choice.

Reverend Suzy Sitton said it was with great pleasure that UnitingCare and Target Country had joined forces again to help bring a little Christmas joy to people in need, particularly those unable to celebrate with gifts.

"UnitingCare believes that all people have the right to access a decent standard of living," she said.
