Just who is exploring the Golden Triangle?

RESOLVE Energy, the exploration company with plans for two new mining projects on Strategic Cropping Land, share a number of considerable links to Bandanna Energy, an investigation by the Central Queensland News revealed.

Resolve principal geologist Gordon Saul has a long history with Bandanna, having been commissioned to prepare numerous reports for their projects.

Mr Saul was a founding shareholder of Bandanna Energy, and at the end of 2010 could vouch for over 20% of the exploration company’s stock.

Resolve Energy chairman, Dave Mathew was also a founding shareholder in Bandanna Energy.

DJ Mining, in which Mr Mathew was also a founding shareholder, is currently listed in Bandanna’s top-20 shareholder list.

In December 2010, Mr Saul owned 87,845,788 shares in Bandanna Energy. DJ Mining is currently listed as the owner of the exact same amount.

Resolve claims to already be in talks to secure coal export capacity through Dudgeon Point.
