THE LNP has taken asset sales and 100% fly-in-fly-out mines off the table and has promised to establish a finance body purely to assist rural farmers and small businesses during its negotiations with the Katter Party.

On Thursday the two Katter's Australian Party MPs, Rob Katter of Mt Isa and Shane Knuth of Dalrymple, revealed the LNP had responded better to their key priorities for Queensland.

But the MPs had still not committed their support to either of the major parties.

Earlier in the week they released their list of key policies to negotiate with both major parties and on Thursday Mr Katter said they had seen "clear daylight" with the LNP.

But he said it was "disappointing" Labor had failed to meet the MPs' list of priorities.

LNP leader Lawrence Springborg released the official letter with 45 promises in response to the Katter Party MPs' list.

Mr Springborg pledged to enhance the cattle export trade, invest in an inland highway and projects including the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing and Warrego and Bruce Hwy upgrades.

He pledged to develop the Galilee Basin and put a limit of 70% on FIFO workforces on new mines.
