Kimmel jokes about Leonardo DiCaprio's sex life

JIMMY Kimmel joked about Leonardo DiCaprio's sex life following the actor's Oscars win on Sunday.

The 41-year-old actor finally won an Academy Award this year after five previous nominations but the chat show host joked that every day is a good day for Leonardo as he often dates beautiful Victoria's Secret models.

He quipped: "Leonardo DiCaprio won best actor. Leo had been nominated six times, but until tonight, he never won. But everyone kept saying this is his year."

"And it was. But the man has had sex with a different Victoria's Secret model every night of his life. Every year is his year. From 1991 on has been his year."

Leonardo - who won Best Actor for his role in 'The Revenant' - has previously dated VS models including Gisele Bundchen, Bar Refaeli, Anne Vyalitsyna, Erin Heatherton and Toni Garrn.

Following his win, Leonardo revealed he was "overwhelmed with gratitude" and astonished by the number of people who had campaigned for him to triumph when nominations were announced.

Speaking backstage at the glitzy ceremony, he said: "We always strive for the best in what we do, but this year in particular, I've been overwhelmed with, you know, such support, really, truly, by so many fans and so many people in the industry. It's quite shocking, actually, and what can you say? I'm really grateful. I really am."
