
Bill Shorten's popularity hits all-time low
BILL Shorten's popularity has hit an all-time low despite his party pulling further ahead in the two-party preferred stakes.
The latest Newspoll has Labor leading the Coalition 53% to 47%, with Labor up one percentage point since the last poll.
But the net satisfaction rating of the Opposition Leader (pictured) has plummeted to minus 32%, compared to Tony Abbott's minus 27%.
