UPDATE 2.10PM: ERGON Energy have attended the scene and isolate the power pole.

BREAKING 1.35PM: POLICE, Fire and Ambulance crews are on scene at a single-vehicle crash on the Capricorn Highway.

Initial reports suggest a sedan has rolled near the traffic lights on the Cap Hwy outside McDonalds and has crashed into a power pole.

The crash has brought down the power pole and power lines which remain live on the side of the road.

Motorists and pedestrians in the area are urged to drive with caution and avoid the area until it is declared safe.

The female driver is reportedly not injured.
