If you live in the Blackwater area you might be interested in this piece of information.

The Department of Transport and Main Roads will be resealing and improving the drainage of Blackwater-Rolleston Road.

Work will commence on the road later this month and is expected to be finished by mid-2017, weather permitting.

The works will be undertaken from 6am to 6pm, up to seven days a week.

Motorists are reminded to exercise caution and observe all warning signs, speed restrictions and traffic controller directions while works are underway.
