KARL Stefanovic arrived on the Logies red carpet solo, ending weeks of speculation about whether the Today host would be accompanied by his 33-year-old girlfriend Jasmine Yarbrough.

The Channel 9 star, beloved for his larrikin antics, has vowed to keep himself in check by making a vow to stay sober.

Stefanovic told News Corp Australia he planned to "abstain from drinking for a bit" because his "body is a temple".

The tongue-in-cheek comment comes after Stefanovic famously hosted the 2014 post-Logies Today show noticeably inebriated.

While Stefanovic got off relatively lightly after his drunk on-air appearance, those close to the star warned him to keep a low-profile this year.

The past 12 months have seen him split with his wife of 21-years Cassanda Thorburn and move out of the family home on Sydney's North Shore.

Stefanovic's relationship with Yarbrough has been the focus of much media attention.

While the couple initially tried to keep their sizzling romance underwraps, in March photos emerged of the couple canoodling on a yacht on Sydney Harbour.

Yarbrough currently lives in LA and is making arrangements to run her shoe business Mara and Mine remotely so she can spend more time with Stefanovic.
