Teenager allegedly shot with arrow

UPDATE: A MAN has faced court accused of shooting his sister's boyfriend in the chest with a bow and arrow.

Quintin Alec Christopher Haynes appeared on a charge of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm after allegedly shooting the arrow at the 19-year-old man about midnight on Monday night.

He applied for bail but it was refused and Haynes, 21, was remanded in custody.

His case will next be mentioned on March 30.
