Man capsicum sprayed after fight with neighbour

A MAN was capsicum sprayed after turning on police following a fight with a neighbour in Tinana on Monday night.

Police charged the man with obstructing police.

Maryborough police Sergeant Bruce Hodgins said police were called to Manskie St about 8pm after a fight broke out amongst neighbours.

When police arrived, the man turned on the officers.

Police used capsicum spray to detain him.

The man will appear in Maryborough Magistrates Court at a later date.
