Man charged with threatening Good Guys staff with knife
A MAN has been charged after allegedly threatening staff at The Good Guys Bundaberg with a knife.
About 1pm yesterday police were called to the Takalvan St appliance store after reports a hostile man had made threats and said he had a knife.
Bundaberg Detective Sergeant Andrew Self said police found him a short time later nearby.
"He was in possession of a knife," Det Sgt Self said.
"Luckily no one was injured."
The man was arrested and charged with being armed to cause fear and threats along with two counts of stealing and a break and enter in relation to a separate matter.
