Man dead after car crashes into tree at Buderim

ONE man has died in a car accident at Buderim this morning.

A police spokesman said the crash occurred on Lindsay Rd, at 3.15am.

Three men were in the car at the time when the car crashed into a tree.

One man, believed to be in his 50's, has died and two were transported to Nambour Hospital with serious injuries.

The man, pronounced dead at the scene, is believed to have been a passenger in the vehicle.

Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
