32-year-old man killed in Mackay crash

POLICE say a 32-year-old man was found dead after a single-vehicle crash overnight.

Another man, who was suffering non-life threatening injuries, was taken to Mackay Base Hospital, a police spokesman said.

The spokesman said the vehicle left the road and crashed into a power pole on Cowleys Rd about midnight.

He said police investigators left the scene this morning.
