Men stole $1000 in cigarettes from town's IGA

POLICE are seeking help to identify two men involved in break-ins at IGA stores.

About 1am December 11, the men forced entry into the IGA in Cressbrook St, Toogoolawah. One male's image was taken (above).

Police said the men used an implement to prise open a locked cigarette cabinet in the store and stole more than $1000 worth of cigarettes and tobacco.

"This is a similar type of offence to an attempted theft from the Crows Nest IGA on December 8," the spokesman said. Contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
