No licence and more than double the limit

A REPEAT unlicensed driver was caught behind the wheel of his vehicle at more than double the alcohol limit.

Graham Alan Livingstone was stopped by police for a breath test and licence check in Ipswich at 11.40pm.

He recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.113.

In addition to drink drive charge, the 37-year-old had also been driving while his licence was disqualified.

At Ipswich Magistrates Court this week, he pleaded guilty to both offences.

He was convicted and fined $550 and disqualified from driving for six months.
