Illicit lab team probe Bundaberg home after drug raid

SPECIALISED officers from the Illicit Laboratory Investigation Team have collected evidence from a Norville home following the discovery of what police believe was an amphetamine laboratory.

The Brisbane-based team spent several hours at the Wynter St home, finishing up about 1pm yesterday after the property was declared a crime scene on Wednesday.

The team collected various items which will be processed in Brisbane and Bundaberg police will await those results before any charges are laid.

Three young children were at the home when the raid was carried out.

A 22-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man have been questioned by police.
