One dead and three injured

A 76-YEAR-OLD woman is dead and three people were injured following a crash on the intersection of Bundaberg-Lowmead and Smiths Crossing Lowmead Rd.

Bundaberg Police Sergeant Mike McLellan said the smash, involving a white Mitsubishi Magna and a grey Holden Captiva station wagon, happened just after 6pm tonight.

The driver of the Magna was killed.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
