OPPOSITION Leader Annastacia Palaszczuk dropped by Inala State School this morning to cast her vote.

She was set to vote at another school in her electorate but decided to change locations.

Swamped by media, she greeted other voters and lined up at the polling booth.

One gentleman asked her if she wanted to go before him in the line but she politely declined.

"I'm feeling very positive," she said

"It's up to Queensland now to make their decision.

"It's been very busy and very hectic."

After voting she bought a sausage sandwich, minus the onion, and a cold drink before driving away to visit other polling booths in her electorate.
