Passengers unharmed after plane's 'wheels up' landing

FIVE people have walked away from an incident at a regional airport, after a light plane was forced to make a landing without its wheels down.

The incident was reported to emergency services just before 11.30am at Roma Airport, with the plane supposedly unable to drop its landing gear.

Fire and ambulance crews attended the scene, but no passengers required treatment or transport to hospital.
