Perfect scores give pair bragging rights

GRAY O'Neill and Ken Perrett have claimed bragging rights after shooting the only possible score of 20/20 at the Central Zone Championship Night Deauville Doubles in Springsure.

Held recently at the Springsure Gun Club, the President's/Patron's 100 Target event was also contested with Rex Kirk the overall winner who shot 99/100.

Other winners were Gray O'Neill in AA grade, Ken Perrett in A grade, Des Richardson won the B grade and Peter Loch the C grade.

Trophies for the day were locally made coffee mugs by Evie Milner, kindly donated by President Peter Loch and Patron Ross Rolfe.

Springsure Gun Club will host the Central Zone Night Double Rise Championships on Saturday, November 12.

The committee is encouraging shooters to get a team together for the corporate shoot the following day, Sunday, November 13.
