Two men injured in plane crash near Leyburn

TWO men have been injured in a light plane crash at Leyburn, south of Toowoomba.

The plane crashed about 1pm on Bonnie Doon Rd.

Queensland Fire and Rescue Service crews from Clifton are at the scene of the incident investigating.

A 63-year-old man and 70-year-old man have been taken to Toowoomba Hospital by ambulance with injuries to their backs.
